Our vision is of a world where the majority of people are able to feel psychologically safe when expressing their grief and have unrestricted access to support & resources in their homes, community & workplace.  

Grief can feel overwhelming—not just for the person going through it, but also for the friends, family, and colleagues who want to help but don’t know how. That’s why we started Grief Guides. We’ve been there ourselves, and we know how hard it can be to find the right words or feel confident offering support. So we created simple, practical tools—like our paper-based Grief Map, self-paced learning modules, and live sessions—that help people feel more prepared and less alone.
